Teenage girls in Abuesi skip school during their menstrual cycle to avoid embarrassment due to unavailable toilet facilities in the school. The two schools- D/A and Methodist, have a population size of over 1000 pupils. The pupils often use the beach or the fields around the school to ease themselves. The situation is disincentive to learning and teaching. The Foundation is raising funds to build a six-unit toilet for each of the schools. Please read more

The rising cost of living is becoming unbearable for most Ghanaians, particularly the elderly and vulnerable. Last year, the foundation launched its first Christmas food parcel for people over 60 years and other vulnerable people in Abuesi, Ghana.
